Unstoppably Strong 3
Kicking off on September 23rd!
The overview
Unstoppably Strong is a 12 week online program for queer cuties like yourself who wanna get serious about strength, while also keeping it silly! You will:
🌈 Learn the big lifts that make up the core of any decent strength training program (including squats, deadlifts, and a variety of pushes and pulls)
🌈 Get weekly feedback and in depth technique reviews on the lifting videos you’ll submit
🌈 Become a member of a small likeminded community of folks on a similar journey to yourself– there’s an optional WhatsApp group chat for extra support, accountability, and friendship!
🌈 Build the skills to create a sustainable, rewarding movement practice that you can take with you far beyond our 12 weeks together!
Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a request to join the personal training app TrueCoach. This is where all of your workouts will be delivered, where you’ll upload your videos for feedback, and where most of the communication about the workouts will happen.
Each week, there will be a Gym Class group call– in this hour, we will review a wide range of topics relevant to your learning. We’ll get deep into the technique of the big lifts, we’ll talk about stretching and cardio, we’ll touch on some straight forward sports nutrition, and anything else that comes up that needs a deep dive!
You’ll also have the option to join a WhatsApp group with the other members of your cohort. In this group, we can check in daily or as frequently as you like, and this is also a great place to share your wins and struggles, ask questions, and get extra support. I’m already excited about the in jokes and memes that are gonna come out of this 👀

THE WORKOUTS
The overarching goal of Unstoppably Strong is to help you build strength in a way that is fun and accessible, so the workouts included in this program are all personalized to meet you where you are at when you start. That means you can start from ANY level– no matter how unfit you currently feel. It also means folks with disabilities or who are coming back from injuries are incredibly welcome to join, we will work together to tailor your program to your needs and ability!
Each week, you’ll get however many workouts you want (I recommend most folks start with 2 and gradually increase to 3 or 4) to complete either at the gym or at home. The workouts are delivered via TrueCoach and will include demo videos and guidance on volume and effort level. You will record videos of the exercises you’d like feedback on and upload them directly in the app, where I will review them and respond with detailed feedback, usually in the form of a Loom video.
If you are training at home, you will need at a minimum a pair of adjustable dumbbells up to around 25lbs. Preferably, as well as the adjustables, you’ll also have a couple of pairs of smaller weights like 5’s and 10’s. This will allow you to complete supersets (back to back exercises) without needing to change the dumbbell weights in the middle. Having some resistance bands will also be a great help– I suggest a couple of big loop bands and a hip circle band. Apologies for linking to an evil megacorp, but HERE and HERE are some examples.
If you are training at the gym, you probably have everything you need there! Some gyms only have dumbbells and smith machines (looking at you, Planet Fitness). That’s no problem– BUT if you are interested in learning barbell lifts, you will need a gym with barbells. Or a dope home gym!!!
Gym Class
Every week, we will get together as a group for an hour long Gym Class! This is not a workout, it’s kind of a mix between a theory class and office hours. There will be a topic (chosen either by me or by the group) that we will cover in detail, with time for troubleshooting and questions.
Currently, the classes are pencilled in for Mondays at 6pm PST, but this is subject to change– once everyone is on board, I will poll the group on their availability and then finalize the time.
These calls will be on Zoom and recorded, so no worries if you can’t make it live– you won’t miss out!
THE SUPPORT
One of the massive benefits of joining a group program like Unstoppably Strong is the support and accountability that is built in!
As well as touching base with me each week via Gym Class and the feedback you’ll get on your workouts, you’ll be able to privately DM me whenever you need. You will also be encouraged to schedule 1:1 calls at various points during the program, and have the option for a check in call at any time you need some extra love.
On top of that, there is a WhatsApp group chat for the whole cohort– this is the only time I’ve run this program with so many ways to check in and get support!

Frequently Asked Questions
DON’T I NEED AN IN-PERSON TRAINER TO LEARN THIS STUFF?
Not at all! I have taught lots of folks to lift through online coaching. The asynchronous set up allows for a lot more feedback and learning. Plus, it’s also a lot more affordable: 12 weeks of personal training at 3x per week would cost around $4000! Unstoppably Strong is $600.
DO I NEED WORKOUT EXPERIENCE?
Nope! This program meets you wherever you are at, which means you can come in with years of barbell lifting experience OR having never touched a weight in your life and you will still make gains.
I HAVE AN INJURY/DISABILITY THAT MAY AFFECT MY WORKOUTS, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Most likely not, as everything can be adjusted to work for you, but if you have concerns feel free to reach out to me via email (stevie@rockyour.fitness) and I can give you a more specific answer.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Generally between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on your level, your equipment access, where we’re at in the program, and your preferences. Barbell based workouts will take longer than dumbbell ones.
WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START ON SEPTEMBER 23RD?
You can always sign up and then begin the workouts a week or two late, and missing a week or two of workouts due to vacations, etc. is not a problem. If you will need to miss more than 4 weeks of workouts, I’d suggest waiting for the next round in spring 2025 or hitting me up about 1:1 online coaching instead.
