WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
There are TWO ways to work with me, either via personal training sessions OR with online coaching–
personal training
In-person or on Zoom
Come workout with me in my private gym in Oakland or on Zoom from anywhere in the world! Personal training sessions are about an hour and can be for one or two people. Each session is customized to your specific abilities, goals, and equipment. Personal training is appropriate for folks at every level, from complete beginner to very experienced lifters looking to improve something specific.
remote coaching
Remote coaching is a great fit for folks who don’t live locally, can’t make weekly personal training sessions, or are looking to train in Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting. As a remote athlete, you’ll receive personalized workout programming delivered via an app. You’ll complete your workouts independently, whenever and wherever works for you, and each week you’ll upload videos of your top sets for feedback. Remote coaching also includes regular structured check in’s and messaging access to your coach.
